Terms of Service

1. Service

SoloLens provides AI-assisted idea research and planning information. Outputs are informational and may contain errors, omissions, estimates, or assumptions. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.

3. Paid products

Prices, billing periods, taxes, and included allowances are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for during the current period.

4. Your material

You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant AIOTFY the limited rights needed to process that material, operate the service, prevent abuse, and deliver your requested output. Do not submit confidential or third-party material you are not authorised to use.

5. Generated output

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use reports generated for your account. Similar inputs may produce similar outputs for others. You must independently verify material decisions before acting.

6. Acceptable use

You must not probe, disrupt, scrape at unreasonable volume, bypass access controls, resell account access, upload malicious content, or use SoloLens to violate another person’s rights.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep SoloLens available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes and contact
