Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SoloLens collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective 2 November 2026

Information we collect

We collect account identifiers, contact details, authentication records, subscription and purchase status, text you submit, generated results, support communications, and limited technical and usage logs. Stripe handles payment-card details; SoloLens receives payment and customer references rather than full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, deliver evaluations and reports, enforce allowances, process billing, secure and improve the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Processors and international transfer

We use infrastructure, authentication, AI model, analytics, email, storage, and payment providers to operate SoloLens. These providers process information under their terms and may operate in other countries. We apply access controls and select providers appropriate to the service.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Research inputs and outputs are retained for account history unless deleted under an applicable request. No system is perfectly secure, but we use private storage, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and server-side authorisation.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and may cancel marketing communications. Some billing, security, or legal records must be retained. Contact [email protected] to make a request.

Updates

We may update this policy as SoloLens changes. Material updates will be published with a new effective date.
